Auction Policies

  • Licensed dealers only; NOT open to the public. All buyers must be registered prior to the sale.
    • Outside sales are not allowed at any time. Do not bring retail customers to the auction.
    • Children are not allowed at the Auction at anytime..
    • Smoking is prohibited on all Walser property.
    • No food or beverage is allowed in any auction vehicle.
    • All paperwork must be signed the day of the sale. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
    • All vehicles must be paid in full the day of the sale. Company checks, cashier’s checks, cash, Nextgear floorplan, Floorplan Express and AFC are the only acceptable forms of payment. Separate checks for each vehicle purchased is required.
    • If utilizing a floorplan the transaction must be done the day of the sale. Any exceptions must be approved by the corresponding floorplan.
    • All vehicles must be paid in full before removal from Walser property.
    • All vehicles are sold AS-IS. There is no arbitration. The auction will try to announce all known defects but is not required to do so. 
    • A buyer may return a vehicle if a clear title has not been provided within twenty-one (21) days from the date of sale.  If vehicle is returned you will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred while the vehicle is in your possession.
    • All purchased vehicles are required to be removed from the lot within 48 hours of purchase. Vehicles left on lot after 48 hours will be subject to a $100 per week storage fee.  You cannot take the keys until the vehicle is leaving the lot.
    • Any vehicle remaining on Walser property after the sale must have a set of keys remain at the auction. If the auction needs to cut a key to move your vehicle the owner will be charged $100 over the cost of cutting the key.
    • $100 fee assessed on all returned checks.

    Buy fees are assessed by price. $50 up to $500- -$150 over $501
